This is a detached house located at the foot of a mountain in Wakayama City.
It is located in an area that was originally designated as a high-class residential area.

The house is built on a corner lot one floor higher than the surrounding houses, there is a gate at the top of the stairs, and the garden side is Takatsushiyama (the mountain where Tenmangu Shrine and Toshogu Shrine are located), You can enjoy a quiet time while listening to chirping birds.

The space is a mix of furniture owned by the family and their favorite furniture brand (Cassina).

・Japanese-style room with 8 tatami mats and verandah + dining room (31.50㎡) + shared space (kitchen, dressing room, bath, toilet) 25.09＝56.59㎡
・You can also use the veranda of the Japanese-style room as a praying room.
・The bed cover is made of organic cotton. (Some washing wrinkles remain on the sheets.)
・Although the maximum number of people is 4, the bed is a bit big, so we think even 3 people can fit comfortably. If there are 4 people, the Japanese-style room will be filled with a bed.
・The Japanese-style room does not have an upper floor that can be used as a bedroom.
・Upstairs is above the dining room, but it is a space that is not used often, so we don't think you will be bothered by the noise from the upper floor.
